Mobilization
Initially the focus is extensively on mobilization. The objective is to reach to every household situated in that segment. It primarily aims in bringing awareness about the initiative & its benefits in the rural sector. To widen the reach of the information being provided several mediums are used to educate about the program.

- Visiting maximum households
- Advertising in newspapers
- Advertising in internet
- Visiting community help centers
- Correspondence with self help groups
- Interacting with Gram Panchayat
- Word of mouth etc
Jobmela
Either District authorities/LitchiTree Marketing Team conducts Jobmela in their Districts. Students attend the jobmela and enroll their names there
Candidate Selection
The district Coordinator Shortlists the Students depending on their qualifications ans scree ing tests.
Reporting at Training Center
For the selected students the Authorities give a admission call letter to attend the course at the training center.
Admission Process
Students come to the training center and show the admission call letter, they fill their profile in the application and enroll for the course.
Induction Class
The training center conducts a Demo, & explains the terms and conditions for training by HR
Training Methodology
The training imparted has been designed in a structured pattern incorporating various elements that are required to achieve substantial result in providing employment & adjustment to the physically challenged youth. The elements that are included in the course strategy are structured in a chronological system. The designed system is comprehensive involving all the required ingredients into making of a successful training course & placement opportunities.
The training methodology is a combination of four modules:
English language skills and fluency enhancement
The training will emphasize on the English language skills- both written & oral as it is an essential component to procure employment, considering the fact that the trainees are from rural background comprising a majority of regional medium students.
Subject Training
The training will educate the trainees regarding the subject. It will constitute more about the subject & aims to bring awareness in a detailed & comprehensive pattern. It shall impart knowledge about the several sectors, process, functions, terminology, techniques & employment opportunities pertaining to the sector
Soft Skills
The training will focus on an overall personality development & self improvement. It will specifically emphasize on imparting soft skills training essential for employment in the sector. The aim of the module is to create job readiness & to hone the skills of the trainees & also ensure that they procure employment in the related sector.
Information and Communication Technology
The training will bring awareness about computer becoming necessity to human beings. In today world Computer has become a necessity and is a perquisite for employment in any sector. Hence the training shall equip the trainees in CV preparation, Intelligent and informed decision making power, staying in contact, Saving time, higher productivity and better employment opportunities
Admission Process
Students come to the training center and show the admission call letter, they fill their profile in the application and enroll for the course.

Evaluation/Assessing
The Center evaluates the progress of the candidates on a weekly basis.
Assessing
After completion of training, Assesement will conduct by third party
Conducting Interviews
Fifteen days before the completion of the course, interviews are conducted in the training center by various Placement Partners
Candidate Selection
The companies short list the candidates and send the list of selected candidates to the HR of the training center by Email
Appointment
The candidates selected are informed by the HR and join the respective companies
Filling of Placement
The candidates after joining the company, Submit their offer letters and fill the placement form
Post Placement & Monitoring
A unit specific to post placement tracking is designated to check for employment sustainability of the candidates who have procured employment. The unit is named as
Post Placement Tracking Team (PPTT)
Once a candidate is placed in a new position most job placement support services stop.>
To help ensure a successful placement our Post Placement Tracking Team (PPTT) will help the employee to sustain employment by the following measures:
- Organizing any required special training for the candidate.
- Keeping in touch with the employer, to monitor how the candidate is adapting to their new role.
- Keeping in touch with the candidate to counsel them individually through any difficulties they are facing in the role.
- Evaluation of the performance will be done thrice a week & the required follow up activity will be taken up.
- Periodic reviews are conducted during the following time frames
- Fortnight Survey - After completion of Fifteen(15) days .
- 3rd Month Survey - After completion of ninety (90) days
- 6th Month Survey - After completion of one hundred & eighty (180) days facing in the role.t
- 9th Month Survey - After completion of two hundred & seventy (270) days
- 12th Month Survey - After completion of three hundred & sixty (360) days
